Learners will explore how individuals and organizations can raise awareness, influence decision-makers, and drive policy reforms on issues affecting marginalized or vulnerable populations.

This unit provides learners with practical skills and knowledge required to initiate, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate community-based projects. Learners will be guided through all stages of a project cycle and will be expected to design and carry out a small-scale community project, either individually or in groups.
